Jeff Levitansky and Sam Solowitch are the owners and principal operators of Keystone Developers, LLC.

Mr. Levitansky the President of Keystone, has over 20 years of experience as a licensed electrician and construction manager. Mr. Levitansky personally oversaw the rehab of a 314 unit complex in Michigan. These units were vacated, remodeled and leased under the supervision of Mr. Levitansky.

Mr. Solowitch the Vice President of Keystone, has over 14 years of experience and management in the Mortgage Field Services and Construction Industries. Mr. Solowitch attended Cleveland state University and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership & Management Program. Mr. Solowitch oversaw the management and rehab of thousands of units for a nationwide Field Services Company.

Mr. Jay Bider the Illinois Director of Operations of Keystone has over 18 years of experience as a Construction Manager and General Contractor. Jay also graduated valedictorian from electrical school. Jay is responsible for the operations of Illinois office.

      Mr. Scott Wylen the Ohio Director of Operations has over 6 years
      of experience as a Construction Manager. Scott has been an
      intergral part of the development of Keystone's Ohio operations.
      Scott is responsible for the operations and buisness developement
      of the Ohio office.

Keystone is a fully functional residential and commercial development company

Keystone managed the development of over 100 luxury residential condominiums in the Chicago land area during 2005-2007

Keystone recently completed construction on two 8,000 square foot custom homes

In 2005-2007 Keystone developed over 250,000 square feet of warehouse and office mix use

In 2006 Keystone remodeled a 70,000 sq ft charter school in Cleveland, OH

In 2007 Keystone remodeled a 86,000 sq ft office building in downtown St. Louis

Keystone is currently remodeling a 260 unit apartment complex in Peoria, IL

From 2007 - Present Keystone has been engaged in various stages of remodeling to 15 Nursing Care Facilities

In 2008-2009 Keystone conducted construction management on a 73,000 square foot Office Building in Valley View, OH

Through 2010 Keystone has completed over 1,000 single and multi-family remodeling projects in the foreclosure industry

Each development project is staffed with an onsite construction supervisor and foreman
